What you will need: 

  1. An original passport is valid at least for the next 6 months. Travel documents are not accepted. 
  2. Two application forms fully filled out and signed. A passport photo is to accompany each form. 
  3. An invitation letter into Equatorial Guinea issued either by the Government, a private entity, or a private individual. 
  4. If traveling on tourism, a bank statement or equivalent confirming the amount of at least 
  5. $2,000.00 to cover expenses for each month he/she will spend in Equatorial Guinea. 
  6. If traveling on business, a letter issued by the applicant’s employer explaining the purpose of the trip and undertaking the applicant’s expenses. 
  7. A police clearance not older than 3 months issued by a police department in the city where the applicant currently resides stating that he/she has not been convicted of any major crimes. 
  8. Immunization record booklet.

  • Single Entry Expedited (5-7 days) – $250

Washington Express Service/Fees:

  • Regular Service (7-14 business days): $215

  • Passport and/or passport replacing documents must be valid on arrival.
  • Different passport validity may be required when applying for a visa.
  • Valid visas or resident permits in expired passports are accepted, provided holding valid passport of the same nationality.
  • Travel on a one-way ticket is accepted. Visitors must hold sufficient funds to cover their stay and all documents required for their next destination.

Warning:

  • Passengers not complying with the entry or transit regulations will be deported by same or returning aircraft.
