For a U.S. citizen requesting an Ivory Coast Visa, we will need the following:

Ivory Coast Tourist Visa Documents:

  • U.S. Passport – You must provide your signed passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months and have two adjacent blank pages available.
  • Photograph – Please provide 2 (two) color, passport size photos. The photograph must be printed on photo paper, it must be 2″ by 2″ and have a white background, and it must have been taken in the last 6 months.
  • Washington Express Visas Visa Request Form – filled out completely.
  • Ivory Coast Visa Application Form – Complete 2 (two) applications completely, and sign. Ivory Coast now accept payments online. You can pay online, print your payment confirmation and attach it to your visa application.
  • Proof of legal stay or residence status (applicable to those not applying for the visa in their country of citizenship). For example a notarized copy of Green Card.
  • Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary showing your name as well as travel information.
  • Copy of driver’s license, state issued ID, or major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage), showing the applicant’s name and current address.
  • International Certificate of vaccination against Yellow Fever.

Ivory Coast Business Visa Documents:

  • Business letter of introduction from your company (on company letterhead) addressed to the Embassy of Ivory Coast stating the purpose of travel, the name and contact of the company in Ivory Coast you’re visiting, and a financial guarantee for all of your expenses. Heath Information:

No vaccinations are required to enter Iran (Islamic Republic of) from any country.

Recommended:

  • Malaria prophylaxis. Limited malaria risk – exclusively in the benign (P. vivax) form – exists during the summer months in Ardebil and East Azerbaijan provinces north of the Zagros mountains. Malaria risk in the malignant (P. falciparum) form exists from March to November in rural areas in the provinces of Sistan-Baluchestan and Hormozgan and Kerman (tropical part). Chloroquine and sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine-resistant P. falciparum reported.  Recommended prevention: II in P. vivax risk areas; IV in P. falciparum risk areas.
